I support adults who feel like outsiderswhether thats because of neurodiversity, personal history, or simply the way they see the world. Some of my clients experience anxiety or depression, while others are working through relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. Many are navigating questions about their identity, past experiences, or how to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
